Our first meeting (in-person or video), I'll ask you before an assessment, and an Ayurvedic pulse reading (in-person only). Then we can delve into the nature of the imbalance and create a plan that is 100% personalized to you! And we go at the pace which best suits the individual healing journey.

PERI-STEAMING

Vulvar/perineum hydrotherapy (also called peri-steam, yoni steam, or hip bath) is a time-honored practice used around the world to address a number of issues including postpartum care, regular and irregular menstrual care, dark blood, cramping, clots, cysts, endometriosis, fibroids, some infections, infertility, perimenopausal and menopausal wellness care.​ Steaming is done either in my wellness studio or in the client’s home, in an area that will allow for quiet privacy. Footbath and herbal tea included.

From fertility to postpartum, I provide both evidence-based strategies and time-honored traditions for the child-bearing journey. Over 30 minutes, we discuss your needs and design a plan ideal for your family, schedule, and budget. Here we can talk about preconception preparation, nutrition, exercise, Ayurvedic and other traditions for pregnancy and post-partum, breastfeeding, and different habits to promote long-term wellbeing and energy. Postpartum offerings include personally formulated herbal teas and oils, vaginal steaming, womb healing, steam tent, and somatic work. I am available by remote consultation and home visits as well.
